my baby didn't poop from 3 days. he is on formula fed and breast fed both. he is crying continuously. his chest is sounding gargar or khasi bhi ho rhi hai.

A. gfc. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe
