if you have any more doubt you can get examination done once by the doctor available nearby and get further guidance regarding this.

it might happen because of low milk supply or dehydration
please offer plenty of breastfeeds to a child.
dress your child in weather appropriate clothes.
keep your child in well vantileted room.
