my baby demands feeding after each pee.. and once or twice in a day she continues to feed and pee for 3 -4 hours.and does not leave me. she takes almost 45 minutes for each feed. weight is 4.3 kg

A. is it normal for the baby as your baby is very small baby may want feed every to hourly so you should feed baby frequently no need to worry for this
