What You Can Do: Elevate the Head Slightly: Raise the head of the mattress slightly (not with a pillow directly under the head for babies) to reduce postnasal drip or reflux. Use a Humidifier: A cool-mist humidifier in the room can help keep air moist and soothe the throat. Saline Drops: If there is nasal congestion, saline nasal drops before sleep can help clear the nose.
