my baby can't suck my nipples properly because of inverted nipples...also milk not produce easily

In such case you should definitely start using nipple shield to feed your baby it is one of the best way and it helps baby to latch the nipples properly so you can start using it regularly to feed your baby. You just have to clean it properly before every use and it is very important
