Atarax drops are good for itching issue but you should also keep a check on the food that you give or the baby powder and lotion that you use, it can be that your child is allergic to something and yes most important when you buy new clothes for your baby please have a habbit of first washing them and then make the baby wear it allergies can be caused by that too.

keep your child well hydrated

apply thin layer of coconut oil there
or try cool pack on itchy part.
