my baby boy just turned 26 months... but he just has started talking... I mean he is trying but I think he is slow is it okk... or he is late

He is good dear. Most babies start speaking in small sentences by the time they are 3-4 year old dear. Continue taking with the baby more and use new words.
Encourage the baby if baby speaks some new words while try to speaking. Give Home made nutrition rich food
