my baby boy is two years now but still he doesn't speak

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentenfces properly.
if the speech does notvj comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. If The child is in speaking at all then you can get a check with the speech therapist ones because the therapist can check as to what could be the issue and if any treatment or therapy is required for the same can only be suggested after an assessment
