my baby boy is suffering with fever since last 3days some times it's low and after it is high fever.how to overcome it

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. p kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet and meet the doctor immediately. f
