Q.
my baby boy is now 6months completed and 7th month running give suggestions about his daily routine like food timings and sleeping timings and which food is better for him .

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello you can be giving your child semi solid food and liquid based food in the diet and also include home made cerelac rice well cooked with dal ghee curds banana avacadoes potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi which are all healthy and nutritious and safe
