So as per ur question as I’m understanding your baby is 4 months old but born at 34 weeks.. so he’s a pre term baby… so my recommendation to you is pre Nan is usually given until your baby reaches a corrected age of 40 weeks(full term) or is gaining weight appropriately after that, many paediatricians recommend transitioning to a regular infant formula like Nan pro 1, if ur baby’s weight gain is stable. So I would suggest u to not switch on your own because the transition from pre Nan to Nan pro should always be done under your paediatrician advice but you can also see factors like weight gain and digestive tolerance.

so unless the baby seems fine and healthy please continue it and do consult with the pediatrician too

It is better to check with your baby paediatrician in in this matter. Continue feeding your baby, well on demand for better health nutrition, hydration and weight gain. Good luck and take care, Care.
