my baby boy is having so much cough he sneezes less but coughs too much especially in night time we have given him: kadha,ginger juice with honey, and 2 syrups (I will attach both medinces's pic usually his coughing goes away when we give him swasari pravahi by divya but this time nothing is working I can't visit doctor as I am in Gujrat(halol) and i don't know doctors here so please suggest something for my kiddo
