Q.

my baby boy is 7months old..since few days he is screaming a lot ...it is difficult to calm him down...he also has very broken sleep....keeps waking evry 1 hr or half hour and needs putting back to sleep

A. In such a query it is difficult t!hbo comment here because proper examination is required which is possible only with clinical interaction so it will be better to visit your doctor /pediatrician for proper guidance regarding this. The treating doctor will advise you the proper investigation if required as well as prescribe appropriate treatment as per the requirement.
