My baby boy is 7 months old and on Formula Milk..Right now I am giving him Enfamil formula milk twice, Cerelac twice and cow milk with water in ratio 3:1..Is this okay..Also what all I can give him now.

Hi Mom Yes you can give Check our article on baby’s diet chart Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
