Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed.
Follow three day rule.
Give mashed boiled Moong Daal, rice kangi.
Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
Give vegetables such as pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree, and fruits puree of pears, avocado, apple, ripe banana
