my baby boy is 6 months old and he had loose motion and high fever ..... our doc said it was some infection in stomach so he suggested similac isomil to my baby boy. and doc said to avoid giving this milk powder as much as and start giving foods to him.... I am trying hard but sometimes he takes dal soups and all but sometimes he rejects and cry a lot. he was on bottle feeding so doc suggested to use spoon and stop bottle he is getting irritated when I am feeding him with spoon..... he is hungry but not accepting milk and food with spoon..... crying a lot

at first, please offer Breastfeeding your child.
it is safe natural and hygiene.
it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infections.
but as your child is bottle fed baby ,I also suggest same as your doctor , please avoid bottle feeding.
to encourage your child to take milk from katori and spoon ,or to feed your child using katori and spoon ,try to distract your child by giving toys and offer feeds whenever your child is hungry.
you can buy a special colourful, musical (that make tun tun sound) cup for it.
it may help in this.
or ask your pediatrician to change its flavore.
