my baby boy is 4 months old once he poop one time a day now he poops 3 to 4 timess sometimes in green colour??wat can i do?

No need to worry about the frequency and colour of the stool if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid.
Also there is no need to worry about the smell of the stool if the xconsistency is normal.
you have to meet the doctor if it is watery inconsistency or hard consistency otherwise semi solid to solid stool is normal
