Q.

my baby boy is 2 years. 6 months old he is having Rony nose and temperature too. but after given paracetamol and antibiotics it is reduced but after 6-7 hours again it is come up. what to do?

A. please give febrex plus syrup to the baby 5ml 3 times a day For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .
