My baby boy is 1year 6 moths old .My baby got vaccinated today.he had fits when he was 1 year old by high fever im worried about he has 99.8 degree fever by vaccine I gave p-250 as prescribed Still he has fever so i have to give Firesign-5 ? If he got normal fever I would have given It is because vaccination so I'm asking Pls give advice for this

A. some babies will be having conversions at the height of temperature so it is advisable to maintain fever less than hundred degrees by giving paracetamol and doing cold sponging of the baby
