Q.
My baby boy is 1 year old now i switch to cow's milk before that he is drinking similac formula milk but now he is having constipation so what should i have to do??

Start with small quantities to check the suitability and for better assimilation. Limit the dairy intake to maximum of 500ml per day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Good luck and take care.
