ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. that's ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

So If your child is saying a couple of words that means your child is only speaking at a normal pace it’s not necessary that the child will speak a lot of words at this age 3 to 4 what is completely normal and gradually over the period the vocabulary of the child is going to increase so need not worry about
