my baby boy have white patches on her chin I go to one of the best skin doctor of my state but he can tell any this he just emofort ointment any tell me to clean her mounth gently he and whenni ask any thing serious he tell in that much early stage what to say I am worried

Some white patches are totally normal and it get cured by its own in next few days so you should not worry about it at all. You already consult with Dr and just continue use the medication prescribed by Dr rather than this there is nothing to apply on it and just give some time to cure it.
