My baby boy has fever from past 8 days. It is on and off and all the test reports were normal. Recently we went to Chennai and came home only after that he is been suffering from the fever and it is fluctuating from 100-103.5 . What would be the reason? If it is sunstroke what are the measures needed. I have consulted 2 pediatricians but no one is telling me the particular reason for the fever.

your history tells us that the child is suffering from viral fever and in viral fever you have to give only symptomatic treatment that is for fever have to give paracetamol(max 4 times per day if neededd) and plenty of water to drink and at least 60 to 70% of the regular diet and if the fever continues beyond 3 days then meet the doctor
please do body sponge that is body wiping to decrease the body temperaturec with wet cotton cloth.
