My baby boy age is 4 month and 12 days when we start a liquid food for baby and gentle request about baby boys mother food

A Mother can have everything basic home-cooked food she can have everything there is no restriction on any kind of a food to be consumed my mother which is busy and healthy apart from that also I would like to tell you that you can start food for your child only after completing the age of six months not before that
