My Baby boy 1.6yrs going to stool many times per day and its little liquid. is it because of inner teeth's coming now

A. during teething kids tend to put everything in the mouth which cause stomach infection. make sure whatever the baby puts in the mouth is always clean. also visit a pediatrician and take proper medicine for loose motions
