my baby blood test done on 1st of sep 2023. hb :- 8.2 PCv :- 28 MCV :- 54.90 mch :- 16.08 mchc:- 29.29 monocyte count :- 0.18 this one is low on CBC .so how to increase

A. Red meat, pork and poultry. Seafood. Beans. Dark green leafy vegetables, such as spinach. Dried fruit, such as raisins and apricots. Iron-fortified cereals, breads and pastas. Peas. iron-fortified bread and breakfast cereal. nuts and seeds. dried fruit. wholemeal pasta and bread. legumes — such as mixed beans, baked beans, lentils and chickpeas. dark leafy green vegetables — such as spinach, silver beet and broccoli. these are iron rich diet

A. Hello dear parent! It is advisable to check with your doctor for further advice on this. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your child’s daily diet.
