my baby Aviral is 3year 8month old..Aviral ko last 2 years se cough, mucus, Khasi, Block and stuffy nose, sneezing, always rahti h, every medicine have try but no any solution 2 year se daily medicine intake ke rha h. please give me any suggestion... what should I do..

it appears to be allergic cough/cold.
they can be associated with temperature variations around the body (hot to cold or cold to hot environmental changes) which the body cannot sustain leading to cough usually at evening /night and morning.
requires examination and start anti allergic medicines.
meet dr and prevent such temperature variationsf. 
there is a possibility of starting anti allergic medicines for at least one month and the doctor will decide if the child needs inhaler therapy or nebulization.
when allergies are not controlledg they can lead to intermittent respiratory infections which needs other medicine
