my baby almost all the days finds difficult to poop what can be the solution.if I use dryfruits powder does it create constipation

It is a very healthy option and does not lead to constipation as constipation could be associated with not having a sufficient amount of fibres and fluids in the diet also you should apply some castor oil in the navel and give a warm water in the morning that will help in resolving constipation but try and include more of fibres and liquids in the diet
