My baby age is 5 months 13 days, He starting loose motion and vomit from day before yesterday, Also have fever yesterday night, As per doctor it's infection, Is it the sign of his early teething or thing for worry?

A. Hi babies can get their first milk teeth as early as 3-6 months . usually loose motions and vomiting occur as a sign of teething phase.. try to maintain proper cleanliness of the objects used by your child
