My baby age is 15 months old he is having rashes and itching on legs it’s seems to cracks on legs can you suggest any cream

You may apply Desi ghee over it.
make her wear soaks..
keep. her hydrated
don't.use demineralized water
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
