Q.

my baby 9 month old is having cough with secretions, fever and I consulted a Paediatrician, but he says my baby is ok. He didn't give any paracetamol to reduce fever. what I will do now?

A. please give kufril-ls drops 1ml 3 times a day Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby
