my baby 6months old he is not doing any sounds when we are say anything he listens and smile only is there any prblm

A. Some kids don’t take out sound that’s completely normal if your child is responding as in by looking at you and all then there is no problem over the period things are going to get better but currently there is no issue with what you are mentioning
