No no you cannot take a decision of operation just like that I know it would be very tricky for you to understand so what you do is you can take a second opinion or third opinion from another doctor in person and then you decide whether you need to go for a surgery because this would be difficult to say whether you should be going for surgery or not so better to check with another doctors and take an opinion from them
