My baby 3years old and 10kg weight she is suffering from fever and cough how much dosage can I give p250

A. dear mom. you can give her 2.5 ml to 3 ml of syp p250 keep a watch on body temp and give her lots of rest. offer her more fluids. and consult your doctor.
