my baby 3and half months old baby girl she suffering from fever since last night. consult the pediatrisian today he suggest paracetamol fepanil 120 at the time 04:45 ayna kuda fever thagale mali epudu poyali syrup please suggest me

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol xain a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
