my baby 3 years 10 months old her age is 10 kg she look like too weak .plz suggest for weight gain

yes ,the weight is too low.
first check reason behind it ,it might happen because of worm Infection , indigestion, nutritional deficiencies etc.
offer 3 meals and 2 snacks per day.
it should include homemade healthy food items like sheera , rab , dishes using different dairy products etc
