in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remain in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment

They could be some problem for sure otherwise it wouldn’t have been only how you are mentioning so you can get a stool test done for your child that is going to give a better clarity and accordingly they can guide you with the solution if there is a problem
