When you feel this kind of a problem is there that means there is just a little bit of delay in communicating right so what you need to do is you have to communicate more and more with your child and try to teach your child to connect to words instead of responding on its own try to teach your child to form a sentence by making two words connection like what is your name so your child is meant to say my name is this instead of saying this you know like whatever the name is regular practice is going to help there is no delay so there is no problem
