My baby(2.4 years, Female, 10kg) has been suffering from loose motions for the last 3 days. As of now giving the medicine below still stool is watery and frequently.
1. Enterogermina 5 ml twice(one 5 ml bottle once at a time) from the last 3 days.
2. Diof syrup 5 ml twice.
3. ORS frequently.

stool is not under control please suggest

You can consult your doctor again and they might consider changing the medication. Usually it will subside within 3 to 5 days, but if it is still continuing in the high frequency, it is better to take another opinion
