my baby 2.3 yrs old.... sir wanted to know can i give fruits to my baby coz whole ngt he is sleeping in ac room.... whenever I m giving fruits baby is suffering

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. it is very important that you shouldf always go for the seasonal fruits because they are the fruits from that season and are not storage fruits. so kindly go for seasonal fruicts for the child

Hi Fruits have no restriction you can go ahead with any kind of fruit that you want to give to the child the only thing that you need to take care of it at any point of time is that fruit should never be given directly from the refrigerator they should always be on room temperature
