NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy9 months agoA. hello no syrup is needed n make sure tye baby is getting sufficient bm n incade baby is nit gettung sufficient bm then give baby infany formula milk using a bpa free bottle like babyhug n also bavy gaining a minimum if 600 to 800 g per month is a good weight gain n nothing to worry
