shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum if you have already applied ointment on the skin of the child which causes dryness then I will suggest you to go for the natural remedies now try applying coconut oil or almond oil or you can even try Vaseline petroleum jelly it works wonder on the dry skin
