Yes you can give all kind of sea food but the only thing is given a very minimum quantity crabs lobsters in certain kind of fishes and prawns can actually create allergy to certain people so give it in a very minimum quantity see if the child is digesting without showing any symptoms on the body then you can give it not a problem
