My baba has mouth sores. I have given zaytee gel and multivitamin and B complex syrup but it doesn't make any difference.

Dologel you can use instead of the other gel you can use this 3 to 4 times in the day apart from that B complex supplement is very good to be given so that you should continue how your doctor advised you should give you good results maybe it’s more source that is why it is taking more longer time but this is the best option that you can proceed with as of now
