my age 26 I am suffering from migraine headache for last 1monthe I didn't use any medicine. please give advice for headache

Naprosyn you can take this is a basic medicine for headache but if it is a migraine problem you can take homeopathic treatment for that and also I would like to say that some nice Mudra is in yoga if you perform them regularly you can get rid of your migraine in sometime so you can search about it online and tried that along with the medication
