Q.
My 9 months old baby now not sleeping well. Even at night . Less sleep. Is it normal.

please give easily digestible food like curd rice khichadi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc
please include natural probiotics in your child daily diet
please give daily massage on stomach area in clockwise direction with coconut oil and gently move your child legs in cycling motion and circular motion
