my 9 months baby moving head froth and back,moving body front and back , pulling hair,scratching body I think it is stimming. he does not respond to his name while engaging in any activity.but he have good eye contact,smile at us,likes playing peek-a-boo,and also understand objects permanence.is it a sign of austism
