better consult your paediatrician as soon as possible for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised.
give only breastmilk for few days

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum medication should be given to the baby only after the consultation with the doctor properly maybe even need zinc and you also need to give ORS to the child and you can give coconut water sabudana water pomegranate juice banana Rice Water all these things will be helpful in the loose motions
