My 9 month baby has difficult in pooping its been almost 4 days since he didnt poop what should i do to make him pee??

You should put a suppository into the anal region of the child that will help in clearing the motion of the child within 3 to 4 hours and apart from that I am also going to recommend to try to give plenty of fluids in the diet for easy digestion and motion
