Q.

my 8month old baby does not feed properly my brestmilk after entering in 8 month what to do?? how to check if I had poor milk production?

A. hello mum you can express it with the hand and you will come to know about the flow of the milk otherwise along with healthy and nutritional diet have lactation tablet have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
